Linda's Assorted Scarves (2)

Here are two more quickie scarves.

The multicolored scarve is a simple 2x2 rib pattern using two strands of worsted yarn - solid brown and varigated terry.

The black scarf is made from 1 skein of fun fur. The yarn for this scarf was donated by The Yarn Shop and More in Overland Park, KS.

Linda's Furry Drop-Stitch Scarves (2)

These two scarves use the drop-stitch pattern using several strands of fine yarn.

The blue scarf uses fine furry yarn together with a shiny acrylic lace yarn.

The orange scarf uses 1 strand of the fine fur together with 2 strands of black fingering merino wool and 1 strand of silver.

Linda's Drop Stitch Wool Scarf

This is another fast and easy scarf. The pattern is knit 3 rows, 1 row drop stitch. The yarn is wool and has a gold thread in it. Very pretty and light-weight that packs a whole lot of warmth.

Linda's 2 Confetti scarves and Beanies

These are just two unrelated hats and scarves that could go together. The hats were made to use up some left over dk-weight baby yarn, and the drop-stitch scarves are made from Mode Deo Confetti ribbon.

Linda's Red Fluffy Scarves

These two scarves knit using the garter stitch. Each uses 1 ball of yarn. One is shorter and wider and one is longer and narrow.

Linda's Baby Blue Blanket

This baby blanket is a very simple pattern using two strands of yarn held together. The pattern uses the seed stitch to seperate blocks of stockingette stitch and is 4 blocks wide and 5 blocks long.

Linda's Fuzzy-Wuzzy Scarves

These two 1-skein scarves are knit up very fast in garter stitch using size 11 needles.

Linda's Diagonal Striped Baby Blanket

As baby blankets go, this was pretty fast and very easy. It starts with a ch-3 circle, and increases one stitch on each end every row, with a ch-3 loop to the next row. Once the blanket is half the desired size, decrease one stitch on each end every row with a ch-2 loop to the next row. I finished it with a single-crochet border.

Some of this yarn was graciously donated to the cause via the Yarn Shop in Overland Park, and I got a bit more of the same yarn at Micheals.

Linda's Think Pink Beanie and Scarf

Pink is the color of passion and this dayglo fuzzy pink yarn is full of passion! The beanie is knit in a 2x2 rib, and the scarf is garter stitch.
